1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Alpine Sleep, owner Pascal Granacher, Bühlstrasse 3, 5742 Kölliken, Switzerland (“we”). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. We deliver to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland and Europe (see Shipping & delivery).
3. Prices, customs and import charges
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). If another currency is displayed in the shop, it is converted at the current exchange rate. Shipping to Switzerland and across Europe is free. Any customs duties, import taxes (e.g. VAT) and clearance fees incurred on import into your country are not included in the price and are borne by you. The price at the time of ordering applies.
4. Payment
You can pay by credit card, Klarna or TWINT. When paying with Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply. Your order is processed once payment has been received or confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 working days from receipt of payment. Details can be found under Shipping & delivery. Benefit and risk pass to you upon handover of the goods.
6. Returns and withdrawal
You can return unused products within 30 days of receipt. The conditions and the return address can be found under Returns & warranty. Customers in the EU also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our 30-day return policy goes beyond this.
7. Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all products from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If neither is possible, we will refund the purchase price. Mandatory statutory warranty rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
8. Safety and use
Please read the user manual before first use. The device may only be operated as described in the manual. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use.
9. Liability
We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains reserved.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions and places of jurisdiction of their country of residence remain reserved.
