This privacy policy explains what personal data we process when you visit our online shop or place an order with us. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. What data we process
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, products ordered, payment method.
- Communication: the content of your messages to us.
- Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time of visit.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up.
Payment data such as card numbers is processed directly by the payment providers; we do not see it.
3. What we use the data for
- Processing your order, delivery, returns and warranty claims
- Answering your enquiries
- Operating, securing and improving the shop
- Sending the newsletter if you have consented (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Complying with legal obligations, e.g. keeping accounting records
4. Disclosure to third parties
We only share your data where necessary for the purposes above, in particular with:
- Shopify (operation of the online shop)
- Payment providers for credit card, Klarna and TWINT (processing payments)
- Manufacturer and logistics partners (shipping your order, customs clearance)
If you pay with Klarna, your order and contact data are passed on to Klarna. Klarna may carry out an identity and credit check. Klarna's privacy policy also applies. When paying with TWINT, TWINT's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell your data.
5. Transfer abroad
Some service providers, e.g. Shopify, Klarna or our manufacturer, also process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU, the USA, Canada or China. Where there is no adequate level of data protection, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or only share data to the extent necessary to fulfil your order.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our shop uses cookies that are necessary for its operation (e.g. shopping cart). We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you consent in the cookie notice. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Accounting-relevant data is kept for 10 years as required by law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and receive your data, as well as the right to object to processing or withdraw your consent. To do so, write to us at pascal.granacher@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The connection to our shop is encrypted (SSL).
10. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy. The version published on this page applies.
