Can each side have a different temperature?
Yes. The device has two separate controls – one for each side of the bed. So everyone sleeps exactly the way they like.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
No. You operate Alpine Sleep directly on the device. No subscription, no hidden costs.
Will the topper fit my mattress?
Alpine Sleep is available in 160 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm. The topper is pulled over the mattress like a fitted sheet, your bed sheet goes on top.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
We deliver free of charge to Switzerland and across Europe. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. More about shipping & delivery
Can I return Alpine Sleep?
Yes. You can return Alpine Sleep unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We also offer a 2-year warranty on the device and topper. More about returns & warranty
How often do I need to refill the water?
The tank holds about 900 ml. Check the water level regularly and top up as needed.
How much electricity does Alpine Sleep use?
Max. 400 W when cooling and 800 W when heating. Because only the bed is heated or cooled instead of the whole room, it is often more economical than an air conditioner or room heater.
Where do I put the device?
On the floor next to the bed, with some distance from the wall so air can circulate. The hoses run under the bed sheet to the topper.
