Delivery area
We deliver Alpine Sleep to Switzerland and across Europe: all EU countries as well as Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom and Monaco.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for you – to Switzerland and across Europe.
Customs and import charges
Alpine Sleep is shipped directly by our manufacturer. Customs duties, import taxes (e.g. VAT) and the carrier's clearance fees may apply when the parcel is imported into your country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid by you. As a rule, you pay them directly to the carrier on delivery. The amount depends on your country and the value of the goods.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 working days from receipt of payment. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide. Please check the parcel for visible transport damage on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, accept the parcel only with reservation and let us know within 5 days.
Delays
If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email straight away. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the stated delivery time, you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
